Pets - Max 2 allowed, Max weight 80 lb each, Rent $15

Comments: The nonrefundable pet fee is $300 for one pet and $500 for two pets. Max of two pets allowed. Monthly pet rent is $15/pet/month.

Cats - allowed

Restrictions: Any animal deemed by Management to be potentially harmful to the health or safety of others will not be approved.

Dogs - allowed

Restrictions: Prohibited breeds: Doberman Pinschers, Chows, Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, and any mixed breed dog with identifiable characteristics specific to one of these breeds.
